Research Interests

My research is concerned with Large-Scale data visualization. I am especially interested in visualizing data obtained via Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations. In addition, I did some research in 3D shape deformation, 3D shape synthesis and 3D shape editing.

Education Profile

  • B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, The American University in Cairo (AUC), 2010.
  • M.Sc. in Computer Science, KAUST, 2012.

KAUST Affiliations

  • Visual Computing Center (VCC)
  • Computer, Electrical and Mathematical Sciences & Engineering (CEMSE)
